Ajay Kumra is a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner originally hailing from Chicago, IL. He's an Army Veteran with a passion for providing veterans access to affordable, effective treatments.

Ajay earned his master's in nursing from the University of San Diego and Azusa Pacific's Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Program. He has worked across many areas of healthcare, including Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Vascular Access, ICU, and healthcare administration.

Ajay started Resilience Integrative Wellness in 2023 to make innovative treatments in psychiatry more accessible. Current practice areas include Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Geriatric Psychiatry, Crisis Intervention, and Interventional Psychiatry, with an emphasis on ketamine and psychedelic therapy for treatment-resistant conditions.
